I saw a man on the green line going south at 11:50ish pm Saturday night. He was
a black guy with a tattoo on left arm with words cutout in the middle. He has a slender athletic build. I was getting off at L’Enfant and the driver was stopping and starting over and over and I said “this driver keeps doing this.” He laughed and when I walked off he was smiling and standing by the door like he might have been considering getting off. I should have stayed on another stop and got his number! I think he was feeling it, so any intel is appreciated :)
