Fees
We charge a leasing fee each time we list a property. Our monthly management fee is 8%.
Services Include
Listing the property, navigating local regulatory hurdles, vetting applicants, executing the lease, handling emergency and routine maintenance issues with a friendly attitude, collecting rent, delivering landlord payments, sending monthly and yearly reports, and handling lease renewals or move outs.
In June, new clients can benefit from a flat leasing fee of $750, reduced from our usual fee of 75% of one month’s rent.
