I was the woman in a long, dark flowered sundress walking down 11th St towards the Sundress Fest at about 9pm on Sunday, June 2. You were wearing
a bright patterned dress, looked like perhaps a West African style, walking in the opposite direction.
I wasn’t paying any attention to where I was going and I blocked your way on the sidewalk (sorry!). You stepped aside to let me pass, and said, “What a beautiful dress!” I looked up, surprised, and said, “Yours, too!”
