Passing through my local Capitol Hill-area bar I noticed you while I was helping some friends that work there clear tables. You approached me and we chatted.
I was wearing a denim jacket. You were waiting on a first date. I helped you figure out your drink and where to sit. You said men usually felt intimidated by you and about what you do for a living. We chatted for a few moments and I scrammed when the date arrived. Putting this one out into the universe as I was absolutely not going to ask someone out while they were on a date with someone else.”
