“Join us on Friday, March 8, from 7-10pm as Jazz at DK celebrates one year of live jazz at District Kitchen, Woodley Park’s home for merriment, music, and community.
The series’ curators — acclaimed hornist Abe Mamet and his frequent creative partner, bassist/violinist Jamie Sandel — will lead a special group in honor of their first year presenting some of D.C.’s most exciting musical talent to the Woodley Park community. The band will be joined by special guests throughout the evening. The event is free, with no cover or minimum, at District Kitchen in Woodley Park (2606 Connecticut Avenue). The music starts at 7pm and runs until closing; reservations are encouraged.”
