“Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington announced the roster of restaurants participating in Winter Restaurant Week”

“Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) announced today the roster of restaurants participating in Winter Restaurant Week from Monday, January 15, through Sunday, January 21. The area’s signature dining promotion gives diners and restaurants something to commemorate this month with specially priced menus offered throughout DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

To expand menu options available for diners, participating restaurants will offer multi-course brunch and lunch menus for $25 or $35 per person, and multi-course dinner menus for $40, $55, or $65 per person for on-premise dining.

Guests are invited to enjoy extended brunch offerings at select participants on Monday, January 15, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Many restaurants will also offer cocktail, wine, and non-alcoholic pairings, giving diners wanting to partake in the program a variety of beverages to choose from.

“Additional menu prices have been added to the promotion to allow more restaurants to participate and have these participants offer more dining options to customers at a variety of price points that fit every budget,” said RAMW President & CEO Shawn Townsend. “Offering menus at a variety of price points helps keep the program sustainable and gives restaurants the chance to offer more memorable culinary experiences for their guests.”

First time participants in DC include The Bazaar by José Andrés and Fireclay at the Hotel Washington in Penn Quarter, Flora in the Pendry at The Wharf, Makan and Meli in Columbia Heights, Mita in Shaw, Code Red and Ceibo in Adams Morgan, Mercy Me at Yours Truly Hotel in Golden Triangle, and Xiquet DL in Woodley Park. First time Virginia participants include Ingle Korean Steakhouse and Tysons Social in Tysons, Corso Italian, Sabores, and Makers Union in Arlington, and NUE in Falls Church, and first time Maryland participants include Charley Prime Foods in Gaithersburg and several Milk and Honey locations including Bowie and College Park in addition to The Wharf, Ashburn, and Fairfax in other areas.

Several H Street restaurants in DC are signed on to highlight the culinary diversity found on the corridor including new participants Ethiopic Restaurant, Granville Moore’s, Irregardless, Paste & Rind, Pow Pow, The Queen Vic, Sospeso, and Sticky Rice, and returning favorites Mozzeria, Maketto, Stable, and Sticky Fingers Diner.
