It was the day after New Year’s Day so the 9th and Florida Whole Foods was slow and really bumping the tunes. You caught me jamming to
“What’s Up” by 4 Non Blondes in the pastry section and we exchanged smiles. You were tall with long hair and a beard in gray shorts and a long sleeve shirt, and seemed able to tolerate my grocery store dance party. I was in a tan baseball hat, sage color yoga pants, and a black pullover hoodie with long red hair. We smiled again at each other at the check out. I have never done a missed connection before, but trying something new for the New Year!”
