I was on the metro concourse at DCA leaving the airport around 5:15pm yesterday (Tuesday). I was wearing ripped jeans, a red hoodie, and a black hat. You
(wearing jeans and a black jacket with what I think was some red trim) got off the metro and we made eye contact a few times as you walked away. You looked back one final time as you went down the escalator. I was hoping you would come back up for an introduction.
