Our new minimum wage is $24 per hour, a full $7 higher than the D.C. minimum wage. And, of course, we continue to offer our industry-leading benefits package including 24 paid days off per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, and 100% employer-paid commuting costs.
Since our founding in 2017, Well-Paid Maids has raised its starting wage by $8, beating inflation from then til now by $4. Why? It’s in the name! We believe all our staff deserve a living-wage plus benefits. Not only is it the right thing to do, it means better quality service for our customers.
