There used to be a Chinese rock garden designed by Alfred Liu in the courtyards of TechWorld–there’s a great set of pictures here. I went by today to look at it, having not been in a year or so, and found this:
You can see the outlines of where the beds of rocks and trees used to be…but they’ve vanished. Does anyone know what happened? It was one of my favorite secret places in DC.”
