This lovely apartment has a private entrance on the side of the building. The unit features central A/C, an in-unit washer, and dryer. The living room is of ample size and the kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove. Both bedrooms can fit a queen-size bed and have room for a side table. The building features convenient bike storage as well as a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the Washington Monument.

This unit is located in one of the most desirable areas in the entire city. The nightlife of Dupont Circle and U Street is a few blocks away. There are also numerous coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and farmer’s markets close by and the Dupont Metro is 0.5 miles away.

There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The minimum lease term is for one year. The security deposit is equal to one full month’s rent. The tenant pays for electricity and gas. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. Pet fee applies.
