Happy 25th(!!) Anniversary to Tryst

2459 18th Street, NW

From Tryst:

“Tryst Coffeehouse opened its doors in September 1998 with the simple goal of building meaningful connections, one animal cracker at a time. Over the years, Tryst has become synonymous with community. “Thank you to all of our employees and patrons, both past and present, for the lasting imprint you’ve made on Tryst… transforming it into what we’ve always envisioned: Washington, DC’s very own ‘community living room,’” Tryst posted on Facebook earlier this month.

To celebrate 25 years of service, Tryst is throwing it back to the early days with a 90’s-themed bash on Saturday, September 9th.

Party the night away with era-appropriate drinks and snacks, and top hits from the 90’s and 00’s courtesy of Tiny Vinyl.

But the celebration doesn’t end there! Come to Tryst throughout the month to partake in fun events, games, programming, and prizes. The management and staff of Tryst look forward to celebrating the past 25 years with former employees, friends, neighbors, and community members that have made Tryst what it is today.
