At Well-Paid Maids, we are committed to paying our cleaners, who are W-2 employees, a living wage and providing them comprehensive benefits.
This isn’t a one-and-done effort, though. We continually work hard to ensure our employees are treated fairly. For example, when we started the company in 2017, we paid cleaners a starting wage of $16 an hour. Now? We pay them at least $23 an hour.
And here’s another example: We just added a new paid holiday to our calendar, Labor Day! That means cleaners now get four paid holidays a year — in addition to 20 paid days off per year.
