More seriously, this is the third local restaurant in the chain.
Hopefully this one will succeed in what I unfortunately consider one of those locations where restaurants go to die. But Surfside certainly works at Wisconsin and Van Ness, another location where many prior efforts failed, so perhaps there is hope.”
