North Alexandria near the water (rivergate city park and oronco bay park). I was walking my golden retriever on Sunday April 2nd and there was a guy with an Australian Shepherd.
My golden went to go say hi to her but i told her owner that she likes to steal toys. Puppers name was Dakota and they were playing frisbee. I was kinda shy to start more convo”
