“My sweet boy Chulo became an angel this week. Most recently he made his home in Takoma DC with us. But he lived all over the city with me since moving here in 2009 – including Mount Pleasant, Columbia Heights, and Navy Yard. Everyone who met him loved him. He will be missed and his memory will be cherished.”
