Brookland Grove celebrates grand opening with public brunch; interiors by Queer Eye Bobby Berk.

Tri Pointe Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., announces the grand opening of Brookland Grove, a new townhome community in the heart of D.C. Acclaimed design expert and Emmy-nominated TV host Bobby Berk designed the interiors for the community’s model homes, the Whitlow and Edgewood.

Tri Pointe is hosting a Grand Opening Brunch on Saturday, February 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public is invited. RSVP today!

Tour two brand new townhomes with rooftop terraces designed at the hands of Tri Pointe Homes and nationally renowned style arbiter Berk, one of the innovative designers in Netflix’s Queer Eye design show. Visit on February 4 and experience soulful spaces, enjoy artful cuisine, and discover inspired living near shopping, dining, and Metro in Brookland. The new community features 3- and 4-level townhomes priced from the mid $800s.

But Bobby Berk?

“Tri Pointe is known for our design-forward homes and innovation, so it felt like a natural fit to team up with Bobby Berk for our entrance into the D.C. market,” says Brad Blank, president of Tri Pointe Homes’ D.C. Metro Division. “Buyers will love the luxury designs at Brookland Grove and the fantastic, vibrant location.”

It was that location in NE Washington that stimulated Berk’s ideas, he said.

“When designing at Brookland Grove, I drew inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood, which is known for its artistic vibe, historic tree-lined streets, and plenty of green spaces,” says Berk. “The interiors at Edgewood and Whitlow provide stunning neutrals and warm, inviting elements akin to indoor/outdoor living.”

The February 4 brunch, open to the public, features the culinary creations of chef Jen Logan as she elevates the grand opening celebration with small brunch plates and mocktail demonstrations. Chef Jen’s culinary repertoire includes working alongside internationally renowned chefs Patrick O’Connell at The Inn at Little Washington and Jose Andres at Café Atlantico, minibar and Zaytinya.

Tri Pointe Homes was named 2019 “Builder of the Year” by Builder and Developer Magazine. The new homes range from 2,086-square-feet to 2,169-square-feet, with three or four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths. Garage parking is included.

Brookland Grove’s 60 new homes are located at 436 Holmwood Drive NE, adjacent to the Brookland neighborhood of Washington D.C. Join the Interest List here and RSVP for the brunch grand opening here.
