This rental is located at Holbrook Terrace NE near Montello Ave NE. The Craigslist ad says:

This two bedroom, 1.5 bath semi-detached rowhouse offers everything you’ve been looking for in your new rental home. Perfect for roommates or couples teleworking or needing a little extra space. Hall access to the large capacity front load washer/dryer with extra storage above. There is also a crawlspace under the house which is great for storing bikes, suitcases, seasonal items and anything you don’t want cluttering the house or bedroom closets. Central A/C & gas furnance. New hot water heater. Nest thermostat, Nest smoke/CO2 alarm, and video doorbell.

This house is conveniently located in the “Heart of Trinidad” right near Jabbo’s Compact Market, Sprouts Childcare, Montello Barber and Beauty Shop, a Capitol BikeShare station, and the recently opened Calypso Coffee and Ice Cream. Within a mile you can walk to Ivy City, Target, Mom’s Organic, Atlas Brewing, Other Half Brewing, Union Market Shops, Trader Joe’s, National Arboretum, Whole Foods, Giant, Safeway, Aldi, CVS, NoMa, REI, WunderGarden, and dozens of H Street bars and restaurants. Nearby bus stops to downtown, Washington Medical Center, and Union Station, NoMa or Rhode Island Ave metros on the Red Line. Only a short drive or uber ride to get anywhere else you need to go in the city (Costco, Lowes, Home Depot), Maryland or Virginia.

Pet friendly! We love our pets, but know they can sometimes bring unexpected challenges. Don’t stress about that scratch or dent, we request $100/month pet rent to cover up to two large full-time pet residents (cats and/or dogs). Pet visits also allowed (temp dog sitting/play dates). Lots of dogs friends to meet on walks in the neighborhood.

City trash pickup and recycling in rear alley. Tenant pays all utilities: water/sewer, gas, electric, and cable/internet. We currently have and strongly recommend Verizon Fios. It is already wired for super fast gig internet and we have never had a service issue.
