Writing in about a missed connection on November 4 at the Red Line’s NoMa/Gallaudet station.
I was coming back from a haircut and boarded at Metro Center.
When I got on the car, there was this absolutely gorgeous girl sitting down. I was standing. She had blue jeans, brown/gray boots, and a light blue top that appeared to be a sweater of some sort (maybe?). She had gold-rimmed glasses and the most gorgeous brown curly hair I have ever seen. We made eye contact a few times, but I was too shy to say anything.
We both got off at NoMa and ended up walking out of the same entrance (I was on my way to Harris Teeter). We walked the same way down M Street NE before I peeled off into the store. Really wanted to compliment you or say something but lost my nerve.
Anyway, I was the guy with glasses, a white button down with short sleeves, and blue jeans on. Would love to meet you sometime!”
