Thanks to your support, we’re able to prove our living-wage business model works. We pay our cleaners, who are employees and not contractors, a starting wage of $22 an hour. For context, the median hourly wage for maids and housekeeping cleaners in the D.C. area is $15.44, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Plus, employees get 24 paid days off per year and are offered health, dental, vision and life insurance. We also provide 100% employer-paid commuting costs.
