“We don’t know anything about Elton’s past. He came to us as a giant mat with ears and feet. He was terrified of hands and would cower in the back of his condo. We were able to quickly remove the largest mat from his back which enabled him to scratch his back for the first time in what must have been forever. He was very happy about that. He’s learning that people are nice and provide yummy treats. With the TLC he is getting in his foster home, his funny personality is starting to show. Thanks to the vet tech at Chadwell Animal Hospital, Elton is sporting a new hair cut. He is a little chilly but happy to not be tangled under all the hair.
