Unfortunately, another day, another shooting in DC. This time it was in the unit block of W St NW in Bloomingdale.
Around 11am, this morning, Thurs, Sept 1st, a shooter ran up W St towards North Capitol and fired five (5) shots across the street,
striking a parked car (the green Honda Civic in the picture) multiple times.
The police did respond in a few minutes after multiple people called 911. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
It’s scary to live like this. We’re only a few blocks north of the three shootings in the vicinity of Florida and North Cap last week.”
