Wisconsin and Upton Place, NW
“Building off of the momentum of its first store, located at Skyland TownCenter in southeast DC (expected late 2022 opening), the latest store will occupy nearly 29,000 square feet in Upton Place a new mixed-use development located at 4000 Wisconsin Avenue, NW by the Donohoe Companies and partner Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). The store is Lidl’s third signing in the District of Columbia.”

“Upton Place is replacing an aging office building formerly occupied by Fannie Mae. The new mixed-use project features 689 new residential units and 100,000 square feet of retail, fronting on Wisconsin Avenue, NW in the Cathedral Heights community. The project will include a six- and eight-story building, three courtyards, two rooftop spaces, a pool, yoga studio and fitness center.”
