Mokinbird abruptly closed here in April (Donburi in February.)
Last week we reported that Mola Empanada would be coming to the former Donburi/Mokinbird space in Adams Morgan.
From Mola:
“We’re excited to serve some festive empanadas soon.
We’re shooting to open doors as a soft opening by Thursday, July 28th.
For now, hours are 3pm – 10pm, Thursdays to Sundays. These days and times will expand (of course!), but we’re strengthening our operations before an official grand opening.”
