“Dear PoPville,
I had a missed connection at Great Falls Park this morning, Saturday July 23rd. You were hiking with your off leash dog (very well trained). I was standing with my dog to the side in a blue tank top with my friend in a red tank top.
You asked if my dog was friendly, I said hit or miss and you offered to let the dogs try anyway. I declined since my friend had the leash not me and you went about your way.
If you’re free would love to grab coffee or have the dogs meet another day when both on leash!
