“Driver crashes car and flips on newly repainted Park Pl NW”

“Dear PoPville,

That didn’t take long: About 1 week after contractors repainted traffic and parking lines to make Park Pl NW one-lane, a driver crashed into a parked car and flipped their car.

People on the scene say the driver seemed to be OK but fire dept rescuers had to use the jaws of life and carted them off in a stretcher.

Seems they hit one car hard, sent it skidding past the Mazda, then flipped over and around the Mazda.”

Another reader reports: “Accident occurred between Otis and Princeton. No signage about the new traffic pattern seems to have been put up and the new street markings are completely unclear–we don’t know what these mean. It was only a matter of time for a horrible wreck like this.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
