I was wondering if anyone has any recent experiences with the five week DC Superior Court grand jury service.
It looks like the last time this was discussed was 2014. I’m having a lot of anxiety about it because I’m super busy at work and have some scheduling conflicts that can’t be moved. Does everyone who reports get selected? Do you really have to report all day every day for five weeks? If so, how many days can you ask off? Can you bring any electronics in (to check work email, etc. during breaks)? Any/all tips/advice/etc. would be appreciated!”
