On Saturday, June 25 at approximately 10:15am at the National Arboretum off New York Avenue.
You were walking out of a wooded area with your dog (white with some black or brown on its muzzle), and I was venturing into that same wooded area. You were wearing a baseball cap, looked to be my age (let’s go with older GenXer) and had a nice smile. You warned me to avoid those particular woods, though when pressed, you wouldn’t offer any specifics. I thanked you, heeded your non-specific warning and kept to the road.
I was wearing black joggers and a black sleeveless shirt walking my very fluffy Great Pyrenees mix.”
