Bailey is also happy to occupy himself with squeaky toys or, when you are willing, a good game of tug. Training time is always a treat for Bailey too! He learns behaviors and new words quickly and is very eager to please his human.
After a full day of fun, snuggle time on the couch is a must for this sweetheart. Companionship is a serious business for Bailey, and he’s definitely up to the task.

Meet Spencer! This 10 y/o, 11 lb. domestic short hair finished top of his class at Fancy Paws charm school and is the most well-behaved handsome gentleman at City Kitties. Spencer will be the first to warmly greet your house guests, and while he doesn’t shake hands, he would like to be picked up and held to make your acquaintance. At dinner parties, observe his terrific table manners when he cleans all of the canned food bowls, politely waiting until the resident cats are finished before digging in. Spencer is solidly built with a distinguished salt-n-pepper coat and maintains his figure by playing with toy mice, lasers, or other cats.

HouseMouse Books and Vintage is excited to announce the debut of Escape the Bookshop II, our new limited-run escape room experience. Escape the Bookshop II is a unique group puzzle game that is based on a real crime that took place in Takoma Park around 130 years ago. It is designed and created by HouseMouse to be played in our atmospheric little bookshop. This is not your typical corporate escape room and makes for a memorable evening out with friends or family!
Bookings are now open for game dates in January through April 2024. The game generally takes place Wednesday through Saturday at 8 PM but special arrangements can be made upon request. It is designed to be played by a group of 3 to 6 people (ages 16+) and lasts for one hour. No prior escape room experience is needed to enjoy the game.
