WIT is bringing our free Improv for All workshops to every ward of the District this month! These zero-pressure introductory workshops are high-fun, low-stress classes designed to show you how improvisers create spontaneous, off-the-cuff theater. Our enthusiastic and friendly instructors work to make sure everyone is able to participate in a playful and trusting atmosphere.
Check out our full schedule and sign up! Our partner venues include Story District, Project Create, and multiple branches of the DC Public Library. Accessibility and COVID safety protocols vary by venue.
Washington Improv Theater is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to sharing the creative, collaborative power of improv in D.C. We are guided by the belief that improv is for everyone.
