From MPD regarding a confirmed Burglary I in the 1600 block of Upshur Street, NW:
“Synopsis: V-1 was working in her residence when she saw S-1 running through her home wearing her green book bag which contained Flower bulbs.
S-1 fled the scene through the back door. S-1 entered the residence through breaking the window pane on the front door.”
