Live in Grandeur at 1000 South Capitol

1000 South Capitol reimagines the new gold standard for luxury living.

From grand amenities to catered concierge services curated to enriching each resident’s living experience through convenience and custom-designed events, the newest luxury rental building by Lerner is quickly gaining excitement in Washington, D.C. Situated next to Nationals Park, the neighborhood isn’t the only amenity that is impressing the community.

Premium amenities and services, such as a podcast studio, Mantracore® Fitness Studio, rooftop infinity edge swimming pool, 24/7 concierge and a luxe library, and wine bar are among the many community attractions.

A guaranteed conversation starter — and one of few available in D.C. — the podcast studio allows the community to extend hosting beyond its residences. Primed for audio recording and video conferencing, invites can be extended to your favorite podcasters as guest speakers, with the opportunity to mingle with residents in the amenity’s guest lounge.

Lerner’s exclusive Mantracore® Fitness Studio features Matrix cardio equipment and a strength training weight room, as well as a RAX CrossFit System. Private yoga and personal training studios live on both sides of the fitness center. The private outdoor lounge areas with an eco-friendly courtyard garden complete this exclusive amenity space. After each workout, residents can hydrate at the juice bar.

1000 South Capitol provides essential services that D.C. residents never knew they needed until now. The building offers temporary storage for grocery delivery while out of the building. No time for dry cleaning? Never drop off dry cleaning outside the home again with the Dryy DC locker pickup and delivery service. Best of all, complimentary community-wide WiFi connectivity is available and secure in each brand new residence.

At Generation Hope, we’re dedicated to supporting teen parents in college as they work toward earning their degrees. We are in need of caring child care volunteers for upcoming events on Saturday, October 21st (in Washington, DC), and Saturday, November 4th (in Arlington, VA). Join our growing volunteer community and support us at an event this fall!

At all of our events, we provide free onsite child care for the children of the teen parents we serve, creating a nurturing environment for the kiddos while their parents learn valuable life skills and build community.

If you enjoy working with children and are looking to make an immediate impact in your community, please visit https://www.generationhope.org/volunteer to learn more.
