Your Afternoon Animal Fix – AdoPtville

AdoPtville is run by a volunteer who compiles these pets weekly from local shelters.

Meet Theo! This 4 m/o, 12 lb Lab mix puppy is an absolute sweetheart! He loves to be around his people and gives lots of love and affection. He is also playful and enjoys toys and running around the yard, though he would prefer to spend as much time as possible sitting in your lap and giving kisses. This cutie has learned basic words, like “sit,” “bed,” and “down” very quickly. He also sleeps well at night and is learning to entertain himself. While this boy came to us with a severe complex fracture in his back leg, he’s never been anything but sweet, chatty, and super grateful to be loved. He has adjusted to being a tripod (tri-pawed?) with ease and excellence, and he can climb up and down stairs, jump up and down off the bed, follow you around for cuddles and chit chat, and chase after toy mice with incredible speed, if not grace!

He is gentle, loves to be pet, enjoys watching the world go by out the window, and wants to be where you are. Sylvester is generally chill, likes tummy rubs, chin scritches, paw massages, and doesn’t mind being picked up and carried like a baby. He’s an all around great cat.
