Put Homeownership on Easy Mode With BirdWatch

Life’s complexities truly came to light during the last two years, making it difficult to spend time on the things that really matter.

Whether you’re wasting your weekend coordinating an HVAC repair, spiraling into the world of DIY plumbing (a high-stakes puzzle!), or you’ve simply given up and resigned to live with your home’s “quirks,” help is available. Home maintenance can be frustrating and draining, but it doesn’t have to derail your week — that’s where BirdWatch swoops in.

Pass off that to-do list and let your expert BirdWatch concierge handle the heavy lifting. They’ll make the calls, send the vendor, and coordinate access — for anything. They’re just a tap away. You can hit “Send” on the way to grab your kiddos from school and then… relax. Have a more comprehensive project in mind or want recommendations to keep your investment in good shape? They can do that, too.

BirdWatch is also a public benefit corporation with philanthropy and commitment to the greater good written into their founding documents. With a dedicated portion of revenue going directly to their sister non-profit, birdSEED, they provide down payment grants for BIPOC first-time home buyers. That’s just a part of their long-term vision to give back and make affordable housing attainable.

Put your home maintenance on auto-pilot with BirdWatch and rest easy, knowing the experts are waiting in the wings to take care of everything your home needs AND take care of your community at the same time.

Paddlestar Galactica helps keep writing education 100% free and accessible for all of our students! It’s also extremely fun.

This year’s games will be Saturday, April 27th, 1 PM to 4 PM at SPIN DC. It’ll be a chaotic afternoon of ping-pong, costumes, terrible Battlestar Galactica puns, and good cheer. We’d love to have you join us!
