“Dear PoPville,
I was at Copycat Co on H street (Saturday night, 3/12) with a group of friends. We were saddled up to the bar and this very cute brunette with glasses (B.) was sitting behind me. She and I interacted a couple of times, and from what my female friends told me she seemed to be laughing at the stories I was telling. I was the blonde haired guy in the flannel shirt.
The lady in question was very understanding when I bumped into her, and generally seemed nice. I appreciated her for not minding when I interrupted her reading. We exchanged names at the end before I left, but I chickened out on asking for her number, even though I should have gotten the hint when she compared me to some famous chef from Portland.
If the mystery lady would care to get together and share some more comically tragic dating stories, I’d be down.”

PoPville is not affiliated with either party, please proceed with any potential connection at your own risk using caution as you would any online encounter. For those curious about past missed connections, many have been made and when possible I’ll try to update when/if more are made. Last week’s Madams Organ MC was made!
