“Effective Tuesday, February 15, patrons attending Capitals and Wizards games at Capital One Arena will no longer be required to verify their vaccination status.
Effective Tuesday, March 1, patrons attending Capitals and Wizards at Capital One Arena will no longer required to wear masks while attending events.
Guests will be notified about specific protocols required to attend games/events in-person at the time of purchasing tickets, or will receive updated information from the event promoter if requirements evolve.
*FOR WIZARDS GAMES ONLY: Per NBA protocols, guests seated within 15 feet of the court and/or player benches must provide either proof of vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID test* sampled within 2 days of the game (PCR test) or the day of the game (rapid test).*At-home tests are not accepted.”
