Jury Duty Summons Timing “longer for people who actually sat through a trial?”

“Dear PoPville,

I served on a jury for 6 weeks in 2020 and just got a summons to report again for duty. I understand in DC it’s every 2 years, but shouldn’t it be longer for people who actually sat through a trial?“
