
January 6, 2022 there were 1,928 new Coronavirus cases
From the Mayor’s Office:
“The District’s reported data for January 7-9, 2022 includes 6,238 new confirmed positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall confirmed positive case total to 116,278. The District also reports 684 new probable cases, bringing the overall positive probable cases since October 15, 2021 to 7,362.
The District reported that six additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

Tragically, 1,233 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
