January 27 Coronavirus Data New Cases: 338 confirmed and 39 probable

From the Mayor’s Office:

“The District’s reported data for January 28-30, 2022 includes 1,071 new confirmed positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall confirmed positive case total to 130,888. The District also reports 66 new probable tests, bringing the overall positive probable tests since October 15, 2021 to 8,973.

The District reported that five additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

· 92-year-old male

· 72-year-old male

· 48-year-old female

· 77-year-old female

Tragically, 1,289 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
