December 28 Coronavirus Data New Cases: 1,412


December 27th there were 1,868 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases.

From the Mayor’s Office:

“The District’s reported data for December 28, 2021 includes 1,412 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 92,045.

The District reported that one additional resident lost his life due to COVID-19.

· 73-year-old male

Tragically, 1,210 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
