“contact tracing still continuing in DC?”

“Dear PoPville,

Is contact tracing still continuing in DC? My boyfriend and I tested positive on Monday and Tuesday of last week, and never received a call from the DC Contact Tracing team. We did not test through DC health, so not sure if that has something to do with it, but through Sameday Testing in Capitol Hill.

I also had Covid in January (and tested at a DC firehouse i.e., DC Health) and previously was contacted by DC Contact Tracing pretty immediately after receiving my positive test result. I found that their guidance was helpful in regards to providing a timeline for the isolation period and helped to ensure accountability as we were required to answer whether we broke quarantine when we spoke with them. I am wondering if they are just completely overwhelmed given the outbreak/# of cases in DC? Or are they not doing it anymore?”

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
