This past week I have been abruptly stopped by the same person in a short purple wig riding on a scooter in both AdMo (Monday evening) and last night (Thursday) on 14th St. NW. He got the attention of my friend and I last night for a moment, asking us to choose a number between 1 and 3,
then whipped out a jar of what appeared to be glitter that he clearly wanted us to ask more about. We brushed him off and told him to have a good night and seconds later scooted up to us again asking the same question. He just zoomed past me again (Friday) on 14th St. NW after another woman ignored his BS. Has anyone else been approached by this person?/what is the deal?”
