I was giving out candy on the front stoop of my giant apartment building in Mt. Pleasant on Sunday night, and a very good looking guy walked by and commented on how nice it was that I was sitting out there for trick or treaters.
He said one of his friends lived in my building, took a piece of candy, and kept walking. Maybe he just wanted a Reese’s, but it felt like kind of a connection? As he walked away I thought, “hm, maybe this is the first time I submit something to Prince of Petworth’s Missed Connections…” so here I am.”
