“Any idea how to file a complaint against an embassy? The Cuban Embassy on 16th St has been blasting music from its loudspeakers for 8 hours a day to drown out protestors.”

“since Sunday afternoon the Cuban Embassy has been playing hours and hours of music to drown out 10 protestors out front.
The residents of 16th Street NW between Euclid and Fuller are losing our minds — lots of WFH and ppl with kids (and in my case, anxious dogs).”
