I was standing (Saturday at like 11:15am) at the corner of Calvert and Biltmore in Adams Morgan near the bridge wearing a light blue dress waiting to pile in my friends black car to go to the Renaissance fair.
He had dark hair and a great smile and walked by with his cute dog – we did a couple double takes and smiles as he walked across the street to the trail.”
