Today’s Rental was chosen for the gardening

This rental is located at Lawrence NE near 10 NE. The Craigslist ad says:

“$1,600 / 1br – Furnished Bright Apartment with Garden (Brookland, Washington DC)

One block from Brookland Metro stop on the red line. This private and furnished apartment is on the first floor of a single family home (not an english basement) with off-street parking and separate side porch entrance. Utilities included.

If you want to be close to the Metro and restaurants yet still have a lot of natural outdoor space, this place is for you. We are looking for someone(s) that’s okay with small children in the shared yard area, who may want to share an occasional meal together, and is into gardening and composting!”
