Today’s Rental was chosen for the view from the window and the price

This rental is located at 15th and E Street, SE. The Craigslist ad says:

“$1,065 / 1br – Charming 1 Bedroom in quiet Capitol Hill (Capitol Hill)

I am looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease of my Capitol Hill apartment (15th and E Street SE). Move-in would be November 1, 2021, with the option of continuing the lease through the rental agency.

The apartment is a true one bedroom on a quiet, tree-lined street, with big windows in the living room and bedroom that let in tons of sunlight. Hardwood floors throughout. Two blocks from the Capitol Hill SE Safeway and four blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro stop. Walking and biking distance to the Hill, Lincoln Park, and Congressional Cemetery. The rent is $1,065 (includes water), you pay other utilities (never more than $100 for electric and gas). The unit is pet-friendly for only an additional $25/month.

If you’re interested, please do not hesitate to reach out! I am happy to provide any more information that you may need.”

Ed. Note: PoPville is not affiliated with any ‘Rental of the Day’ properties. Rent at your own risk and proceed with caution as you would with all Craigslist listings.
