Meet Us at The La Vie Rooftop and District Pier at The Wharf

Mayor Muriel Bowser Presents 202Creates Month is back for its sixth installment!

Join DC’s creative community as we spotlight and celebrate the city’s innovators, entrepreneurs and artists throughout all eight wards on Wednesday, Sept. 1 from 6-10 p.m. at The Wharf D.C. This special evening will feature outdoor entertainment at the La Vie Rooftop and the District Pier, including a fashion show, live art, music performances and more!

202Creates Month continues the celebration of the District’s residents who make D.C. such a vibrant and culturally prosperous place with an array of terrific activations and events throughout the month. From Bollywood dances to gospel choir performances, from jazz in the park to film festivals, from historic anniversaries to fashion week — the month-long celebration has something for everyone. 202Creates Month will conclude with the highly anticipated Mayor Muriel Bowser Presents 36th Annual Mayor’s Arts Awards.

This September’s 202Creates programming is made possible in partnership with the DC Office of Cable Television, Film, Music and Entertainment; The DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development; and the DC Executive Office of the Mayor.
