Your Afternoon Animal Fix – AdoPtville

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share for the regular fix please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. AdoPtville is run by a volunteer who compiles these pets weekly from local shelters.

Mason is everyone’s favorite old teddy bear come to life! (Kind of like the Velveteen Rabbit!). He’s ragged around the edges and looks a bit worse for the wear, but he is 100% teddy bear material.

While Mason has a rough exterior, we promise that you won’t find a nicer, sweeter, gentler cat. This boy loves tummy rubs, cheek squishes, chin scritches, and loads and loads of cuddling and companionship. He can be playful when enticed, but he mostly just wants to hang out, chat with you, head butt you for more pets, and just be loved. He is incredibly loving and oh-so lovable! To put it plainly, he’s A-MASON-ING!

To see more photos and videos of Mason, check him out on Instagram.

Introducing Vada, cuddle bug extraordinaire!

Vada the house hippo is an absolute heartthrob who will have you falling in love instantly. Her favorite hobbies include cuddling, falling asleep while sitting up, playing with her favorite toys, and taking a good sunbath. She is fully house-trained and knows basic commands including sit, down, and stay. Vada is also highly food motivated, which makes training a breeze.

Vada loves her people loyally and would prefer to be your one and only four-legged friend, which is a-okay because she has so much love and affection to give. The ideal home for this sweet girl would be in a spacious neighborhood where she can mosey down the street without a care in the world. Vada would also love to have a private yard to run about freely.

If you are interested in adopting Vada, please contact [email protected], who is fostering him for Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
