Today’s Rental was chosen for the location and bit of exposed brick, obviously

This rental is located on the 900 block of W Street, NW. The Craigslist ad says:

“$1,450 Roommate for beautiful U st area row-home (U st DC)

2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom row home on 900 block of W st NW.
Front garden and back patio. Open concept first floor with up to date kitchen appliances including dishwasher.
Washer/dryer.
Monthly rent for the entire house is $2900 (so $1,450 each, usually around $1525 with utilities)
Security Deposit is one months rent.
There is a brand new Whole Foods on the corner (literally like 50 yards from the front door), Metro station is two blocks away and in the heart of one of the most popular restaurant and nightlife districts in the city.

I have lived in the house for 2 years and absolutely love everything about the house and it’s location.
There is some furniture left in the room that is up for grabs or can get tossed.
Move-in flexible.

A little about me: Thirty y/o guy living with his 7 y/o American Staff. Brinkley is the most friendly little pup and can be spotted in the first picture. I have lived in DC for over a decade mostly working in hospitality. Next year I will be working in DCPS and attending grad school.
I would describe myself as laidback and easy going. I like to keep the house neat and tidy.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
